We had a wonderful experience at Heritage Hotel, and I especially want to recognize Cheryl at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after an unexpected issue during our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion turned a difficult situation into a positive one. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find. Location. Love Southbury
Not much, but I would say they need new hall carpets. There was a friendly raccoon checking out the garage at the pool

The pool and hot supper are great. The rooms are large and we had a lovely view.
The room beneath us played music until four in the morning until I called and asked for someone to get them to stop playing the music. There’s no security that patrols the property to manage these kind of things considering how many weddings, etc. that they have they are on any given weekend. When I checked out, I got no compensation whatsoever.
