Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa, Near Disney

The rooms were very big. Park transportation was nice.

The arcade ate our money . The keycards for our rooms would need to be replaced all the time. The sheets on all beds needed to be washed upon arrival. The bathrooms needed to be deep cleaned when we arrived. There was not enough towels in our room. Disappointed we couldn’t bring our own food and drinks to relax at the pool. That’s why we booked a full kitchen. Park transportation is limited to when and where you can come back. Airport shuttle would have been better. We wish there were grills on site. Pool needs more chairs.

Bed in guest room leg was broken and bed fell down

The pool was amazing. We enjoyed the ship projecting a shadow while in the water. The Pizza Hut was convenient. It was nice to grab some quick breadsticks or pizza at the end of the day. Beds are clean. Balcony is nice.

We didn't care for the other restaurant on site. They push for you to use the QR code to view the menu, and it doesn't display everything on the menu. (Like kids meals.) The food was a bit pricy, but it was okay food.

The location, the room itself was comfortable for the amount of people we had.

The shower door wouldn’t close all the way, which caused water to leak on the floor, the dryer had to be ran 4 times to dry clothes, the carpet smelled and should be taken up, the furniture were heavily stained and looked nasty to sit on, the rooms are outdated, the pool and bar should stay open to at least midnight.
