Omge me & my bf loved this resort! The staff was super friendly & welcoming, I was so worried abt our room being cancelled bc I wasn’t making it till 2AM so I kept calling & every time they were so nice and patient with me on the phone. Gave clear instructions! The parking was horrible but im sure it was bc of the holiday. They allowed everyone to park however which was super nice bc we didn’t have to worry about our car getting towed!
Got to be the elevators im sorry lmao, it was either packed every time or it just wasn’t working so we had to wait at least 5-10 mins every time we wanted to come up or down.

I liked being surprised. I didn’t know what to expect, so it was a nice surprise to discover that it’s an all suites hotel.
It would have also been a surprise if I drank the Fiji water in the room. I didn’t know there was a charge for it.

Very nice and clean, all the food was delicious and my kids loved the pool slide
Food and drinks were pricey, and only 1 pool felt very crowded.
