I love the accommodations. I love the atmosphere. I love the cleanliness and the design of the hotel is beautiful.

I flew in from out of town and when it was time for my flight to depart, it was delayed. So I needed to stay another day at the resort, but they informed me that, they couldn’t extend my stay because I booked through a third party company. If I wanted to stay, they informed me that I would have to pay a new $300 holding fee deposit and also a $259 deposit for one night stay. I had already paid initial $300 deposit for my original three nights stay. Even though they already had my $300 deposit, and I was begging them to just let me pay for another night, which would only be $259. I was still informed that they could not help me and that I had to leave the resort because it was now check out time. They showed me no generosity. I ended up sleeping in the airport for the night with my child because I really didn’t know the area and felt safer in the airport. The resort is so beautiful and very clean. The restaurants are a little expensive but it’s worth the experience. As for their staff, they need to have way more appreciation for their customers. customer service, with no consideration makes your rate go down!

the pool was very big, the sports bar was also very nice.

there was an empty water bottle behind the night stand and a lot of dust. we also had toilet issues that had to be resolved twice.
