Good location, helpful staff, value for money
lights in the room is not enough

From the photos, it looked like somewhere I was excited to stay, unfortunately, the room we were given was at the back, the only view out of the window was a brick wall. The main room light didn't work, we managed with the side lights. The tea/coffee facilities were a good idea. Bar staff and the night porter very good, friendly, welcoming and helpful
The only view out of room, being that of a brick wall and perhaps it would have helped to describe the location of the hotel more with approximate distances to major points of interest, and whether the walk to them was up or downhill

Staff is really funny. I like the location. It’s close to everything that I need.
Stay here several times I haven’t had a issue except one time with check-in, but it’s not a problem

Location
Very shady neighborhood with homeless people all around. Not safe at night and room is very noisy and loud throughout the night cant sleep at all even with the earplugs provided by the hotel. Beds not comfortable and too bouncy
