We really enjoyed our stay at the Timbri Hotel. The only downfall preventing us from providing a 5 star rating was the location. Prior to arriving we weren’t aware that the hotel was within the Tenderloin district of San Francisco, one of the rougher neighbourhoods. Had we been aware of that we may have reconsidered booking. Despite the location, we felt safe as there was 24/7 security and the hotel backs onto a fairly busy Market street with lots of pedestrians. It also is only a 2 minute walk from a metro station to allow convenient access to the rest of the city. The hotel staff were great, accommodating, and very stylish! The rooms were great, the soap, moisturizer and shampoo conditioner were lovely too.
