    I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days for 5 family members with great expectations.  During check in I was given 4 breakfast coupons whereas I booked for 5 pax. After lots of arguments the Ukrainian receptionist gave me 1 more coupon with her statement that She is obliging from my personal authority. I observed that she was treating me like a beggar. I felt very bad and later I refused to take it. Next morning, I was surprised to see their buffet breakfast area having very limited breakfast options. Even juices were kept in 1 liter bottles only, which was required to refill after every 3-4 persons. Other items were also very limited. Top of that it was refilled by a housekeeping guy, who was looking very unhygienic. Next morning I found that my car was banged by someone else. I  immediately reported to the duty receptionist and refused to own any responsibility. Later asked me to contact with duty manager. Since the manager was not available, Since I had to go out, I asked him to inform the manager and help me with CCTV footage. During the whole day, I did not receive any call either from hotel staff or manager. Next morning I contacted Hotel Manager Jagjeet Singh (don’t remember exact name) and asked about knowledge of my car damage, his response was very cool and he denied of any ownership of responsibility. He even refused to help with CCTV footage. He didn't even feel sorry and apologized for my loss. I did not find any staff that were customer friendly or cooperative. I will never recommend this hotel.
