The balcony had such an amazing view , the only thing I have to complain about is the parking , tons of people were double parked leaving no room to park at the end of the night when we arrived back at the hotel, my husband circled around for maybe 20 minutes until somebody left and he took their spot. Other than that it was an amazing stay and so relaxing and beautiful.

The rooms are getting old looking, but of course they have the nicest spot in town.
There needs to be more attention spent on the cleanliness of the pool ( indoor) .we didn’t use the outdoor one. The are around the water level of the pool was very dirty and needed to be cleaned, stairs in the pool were also dirty and required attention.
The cleaning staff didn’t have time to come back to give us fresh towels when we weren’t quite ready to have them into our room

Nice stay, a great variety of restaurants all close by, and resort is right a long the beach/harbour. Will definitely want to go again.

Such a terrible room service person, knocked my door with loud bad attitude and we’d been told check out 11:00 and we were actually late check in too. Worse hotel I ever been to
