Tyndalstone Lodge 3 Bedroom in the Heart of Village North Whistler

Great position. Great parking. So clean and airy.

It was awesome.

We loved how central the property is to everything, very convenient. Also, the spacious and comfort of the apartment as well as the facilities, like the hottub and the restaurants and cafes next door

Location, bedrooms, spa and condition of property.

The wifi speed was atrocious.

Great location overlooking the Olympic Plaza and free viewing of all the events there. Good central location with loads of restaurants, shops (inc supermarkets), play areas etc within a couple of minutes walk. Good, safe and secure underground parking

When we arrived the main bedroom smoke alarm was beeping every couple of minutes. I was able to remove the batteries to stop this, my daughter notified the owner and a repairman came within a couple of hours to sort. HOWEVER we had a major problem with the bedroom doors off the lounge. They are both sliding doors with the roller mechanism fitted to the lounge wall and working with a floor based guiding mechanism. The main bedroom door in particular is dangerous and we reported this to the handyman. He agreed with us and tried to adjust the roller systems but needed to call back with his toolkit to do the job. We never saw or heard from him again (or the owner) in the 3 days we were there. During our stay every time the main bedroom door was closed (usually overnight) we had to manually lift it to get it open. This was very difficult, especially from the bedroom side, and especially as there were no handles on the door. I did try and unscrew the floor guider which was apparently causing the problem but to no avail. Hopefully the 'handyman' called back after we'd left so no-one else has the same problem. The smaller bedroom off the lounge had the same issue, but to a lesser extent and we were able to lift the rollers back into position when they dropped off the runner on this door.
