Alpenglow Lodge by Elevate Vacations

Accomodation is basic but the location is great, so you can walk everywhere. Balcony had a nice little view of the mountains.

The room is small if you have two suitcases. Bed was very squeaky. Pool & spa are under construction, this was not mentioned in the listing.

The place is nice a good location. Its close to the park and the best grocery store in whistler. The place has everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meals.

Its loud, there is no A/C so we had to have the windows open, which you can hear people, buses and cars all night. Also the unfortunate part is that there are windows in the rooms with no window coverings so in the summer at 5am when the sun comes up the rooms are super bright. Also the TV's didn't work which is fine but we had a 4 year old so would have been nice in the evening to have a bit of TV.

Location

Didn’t know pool & hot tub under renovation and powered fake creamer

We liked the location and the layout of the condo.

We didn’t like that there was no warning that the pool would be unavailable, both balconies were not clean, there was bird poop everywhere, and pine needles, also only half the lights that were strong outside worked. The beds were extremely uncomfortable two of them need to be badly replaced. It ruined our stay having not had a good sleep. One of the beds was located in a couch in the living room, and the couch itself needs to be replaced. Overall, nobody slept well, which was disappointing for the price of the property per night and not having access to the pool was also a huge disappointment.
