Perfect location, very well stocked and fantastic customer service! We forgot a Christmas gift that we had purchased and they had no problem shipping it to us ASAP:)

I have stayed at many properties at Whistler over the years and this one was perfect for our needs.
Close to the village and yet not noisy. Bedrooms faced the courtyard so quiet. Outside door to enter, much preferred by me with the pandemic ( no elevators, extra doors) @ bringing equipment in @ out.
Yes, some stairs to parkade and street, but not many.
Free ( included in price) parking underground.
We had an issue with the garage door ( not functioning) and quick response by property managers, who contacted the strata.
Overall a good experience. Inside of suite is sl dated. Also be aware there will be people above you, we were fortunate they were quiet.

The unit was very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and all dishware you could need. Great location as everything is in easy walking distance..

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable stay. However, cleaning fee is a bit high considering you're basically expected to clean the place anyhow. Checkout @10 am is egregious. 10 pm hot tub cut off a bit ridiculous...there's literally nothing to do in whistler after 10pm anyways, my wife and I found that annoying.
