Great location within walking distance to the restaurants in Westport.
Upon check in, the clerk told us that American cards didn't work at the hotel. My Visa was denied twice thru the credit card reader. He tried to have us pay in Canadian currency, and when we told him that we didn't have any, he manually entered the card and it worked fine. The difference between U.S and Canadian was $45.00. Basically he was trying to swindle us into paying the higher exchange rate. No telling how many people they get by doing this.
