Staff was very friendly, and location in a good place close to convenient stores and restaurants.

The bed was too hard for my liking, but not so hard that I couldn’t sleep.

Good location n good air flow in room

Towels were dirty with stains when I opened to use..(I didnt use them) floor had unknown hair.

Very good location, but also proximal to noisy road and airport, could hear noises very clearly. Room had been updated at some time with tile, countertop, and paint in bathroom. Had a decent size fridge that kept things cold.

Price was higher from what it usually is listed when I had looked at it a few months ago. Had to ask for towels after checking in. Couldn't open the shampoo packets. Soap was small, hard and had an off smell. No blanket, just sheet and thin top bedspread. No iron or ironing board. Off smell when in the bathroom. This was a no smoking room, but had a heavy scent of something else, maybe to make sure it did not smell of smoke? Mattress was hard. Pillows were hard and flat, asked for 1 additional pillow. No bucket for ice, had to fill up cup one at a time and run down to the ice maker every time.
