Great side view of lake shore, with large patio seating. Direct access to Wasaga Beach and water despite the construction. Good size heated swimming pool encircled by lounge chairs.
Just behind the Sandbar and its patio so you could hear that music & noise.

It’s close to the beach.
A lot of noise across the street with music very loud until late and motorbikes and cars accelerating to show off their noisy engines. Air conditioning too noisy to keep it on during the night.
