Location was perfectly situated by Old Port Quebec City and steps from Old Quebec City. Everything was within walking distance. The accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and organized. If you have a car, there are two public parking lots around the corner and across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Some potlights were out so the bedroom and some areas were a bit dark. This can be easily remedied.

- great location
- property as everything you need incl. dishwasher and washing machine pods
- when you enter you walk into the bed (not ideal but also not a big problem)
- the door hiding washing machine was not connected well and fell out if not handled carefully.
- bed sheets were not very clean (we had to re-wash them before usage)
- staff deducted from us $150 by mistake a few hours after we left and yet didn’t refund us back (2 weeks later) referring to the absence of a person who is responsible for the refund. so we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved.
