Very clean, comfortable beds, great pillows, nice bathtub.
Literally only negative was hot water not being sufficient, only luke warm water.

Great location, staff, and room cleanliness. Happy with the microwave and fridge.
The heater/AC is extremely loud. This is our third room that we have stayed in and each room and this issue. It was hard to sleep at night due to the noise. If this was fixed, it would be a near perfect stay.

The staff was really friendly, it's one block away from the gondola and the Southlake Village.
The heater is not very effective and I had to turn it to 80° for it to get to like 66°. It's like a corner space heater.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable
