    Very close to airport and Jersey Mills. Airport and cruise shuttle available which was great. Ricardo was very helpful, other staff we encountered at the reception desk just did the basics without a smile

    The two receptionists we encountered during our stay were not very friendly. They always seemed to be in a hurry when speaking with guests. We were also not informed about the parking fee. I had to ask whether a parking tag was required. We also noticed stains on the ceiling of our room. Unfortunately, when it rained overnight, water started dripping heavily onto our bed and TV stand. Thankfully, it was our last day, but it was still a very unpleasant experience. Overall, this was not the experience we expected from a Hilton hotel.

    Free breakfast. Room was ok but toilet was not great. Leaking from sink. The bathtub always have a pool of water hence daily dangerous and risk of sleeping..beds are comfortablr but theres constant plane sound. If you are light sleeper u may not like it

    We chose the area as it is near airport and outlet stores. Best site distance. It is just on our first night we complained about our itchy bedsheets which we requested to be replaced. The 2nd night we complained already because it was still not changed sheets, we were just told they dont have anymore housekeeping at that time because we went home past 10PM already and they would just fix it in the morning, but to our dismay until we decided to go home earlier which is already our 3rd night, bedsheets still not being changed or replaced. We just removed the 2 layers of the sheets and slept without blankets.
