The location was perfect, close to the French Quarter but also in a quiet area. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved the restaurant. If you are coming to New Orleans, definitely stay at this hotel!

During check in .. the staff ( 1 in particular ) had bit of an attitude … Mentioned she almost cancelled my reservation?? For what I have no clue ? Not sure if she was teasing or not ?

it was a good location
rooms had dirty floors. limited supplies. house keeping came every other day. halls were dirty and poorly lit. staff was not very friendly
