Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. Parking was ideal, easy to find. Very clean. Homy, the hosts were warm and welcoming. Easy drive to old Quebec, within 20 minutes and little traffic made the commute a breeze. Access to outdoor balcony visited by hummingbirds
The room temperature at night was a little warm until we realized we could turn on the ceiling fans.

Hosts are super great! Very Kind and friendly. The Room Was Cosy, the living room & bathroom were nice and equipped. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the orthopedic pillows! The breakfast was really good! Thanks Richard & Mario 🌞 We reccomend staying here while in Quebec.
Maybe just the shower could have better drain. Otherwise amazing
