Clean and tiddy, easy acces to old Quebec by bus

It's a place not bad for travelers who are looking for a place just for a night or two. There are just beds, nothing else, in the room. No air conditioning neither.

The main building is called Alphonse-Marie-Parent. You need to go there to check in first. The door doesnt open without a keycard so you need to ask someone to let you in, or i think you can use the phone but i cant read french so i dont know. Then in there theres a few office desks with very nice staff you can talk to. They'll give you a physical key and a nexus card (opens facility doors, elevators, etc.). Then theres 4 buildings you could be in. The first two are easy to find, but the other one is hard. But for the 3rd building if you just go on maps and go to “2325 Rue de la vie-etudiante” then thatll be your third building. Fourth one im not sure. There is no A/C so id keep a window always open, and also come here knowing that there are active students. So you will hear them most of the time in hallways, outside, etc. key drop off is beside the mail boxes. I know theres one in Building 1 and 3

Stayed in a dorm room with ensuite bathroom and double bed. Secure building. Linens were clean and comfortable and large mini fridge was a plus. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Washroom is a little small and dated, and walls in the room could use a good cleaning. Ok value for the money. Would stay again if attending an event at the university like we did last weekend.
