Nice maids.
Silly electronic key system. The maid had to give me a door key.

Amazing location. The room and the shared bathroom/WC was clean at all times and well appointed. The shared kitchen\dining was bright, spacious, sufficient seating and I really enjoyed the view from there of the bustling street below.
The kitchen could have been better equipped - Freshly brewed coffee would have been nice. There were also no knives or scissors provided. Either a hob or an oven would have helped to bake a frozen pizza.
Once the openkey app did not function and had to be reset but the housekeeping staff was nearby to quickly resolve the problem.
