The property was clean and staff was friendly. Our original flight into DCA was cancelled, so we did not arrive until early morning, but he staff accommodated us and gave us a later checkout so we could take a moment to rest and shower before we left for the day. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant on site and our server was very kind. The hotel staff even held out luggage in the luggage room while we visited Arlington Cemetery after checking out. We would definitely stay here again!
The woman at the front desk (probably a new hire) considered telling us it was too late to check in since we weren't able to check in the night before, but luckily, her supervisor was present to encourage her to help and she ended up being very accommodating!

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. A rare form of kind these days. The fitness center was great and had plenty of options for a good workout. Our view of DC was incredible.
We must have had a room that was previously smoked in a long time ago as it had a distinct odor, but that didnt hinder our delight with our stay.

It is basic.
Staff were not friendly. Water complimentary was promised but not provided. Phone number of reception never picked up. Elevators were outdated and looked unsafe.
