Check in was 24/7 so it eased my travel anxiety great price great beds and bathroom nice building in a great location too staff is so freindly everything was a breeze

Needs more storage in rooms a lot of people had stuff everywhere there was barely any room to get down from my bed and people kept putting stuff on the ladder on the beds which was dangerous for me

Great accommodation! close walking distance to union square, multi day car parks, restaurants and bars. Private room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and well presented. Staff were helpful. Great value for money!!

You could hear the people in the room next door sometimes but it was not bad. Some homeless people in surrounding streets but that is as expected for San Francisco.

This was perfect for what i needed, great location, comfortable bed and clean bathroom

Good location, works for a couple or so nights, was the most affordable due to the World Cup demand. Hostel Internet was reliable.

Noisy rooms, could hear door slamming, people walking and moving things above us, stairs being used and housekeeping vacuuming in the mornings, and even others showering/clicking from the pipes. Shutters in room 307 were broken, we had to use a T-shirt to cover the missing ones, toilet stopped flushing properly. Little ventilation or airflow even with windows open all day. Room would get hot in temps above low 20’s. Staff was generally unhelpful/rude/on break when needed. Kitchen didn’t have cutlery. But common areas were nice enough.
