The location was amazing and the price.

The room we got was a little run down, was told by front desk if I want something nicer have to select a premium room. Also found water bottle under bed and this tells me cleaning staff not doing there job.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, great and friendly staff.

The facilities in the room were exactly what we needed; a full kitchen and plenty of space. The accommodation itself is in a reasonably quiet area and felt safe. The balcony was great too! Aldi/Publix accessible using the iRide trolleys. The staff at reception were generally friendly and helpful. The pool area has been newly renovated and looks great.

Unsurprisingly, the room was in serious need of modernisation - the waste disposal unit in the kitchen sink did not work and I suspect it hasn't for quite a long time. This resulted in the sink backing up. All furnishings and fittings were very old, other than things like the TV and sofa bed. There were also some issues with the free transport to the parks, which frequently did not actually pick us up (although they did send replacement ubers on these occasions - to be fair this was not the fault of the hotel as they don't provide the transport themselves).

The “upgraded” room has issues with the sub flooring bowing, scratches on the wall. Furniture scratched and mis matched and remotes were dirty
