The room was good, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, very helpful and great services, they provided tea, coffee on demand. I highly recommend it

The Hotel is close to everyrthing that I had planned for my Birthday on 8/4. I took a taxi to the River Cruises and it was only $7. My room was small, however it was clean, bed felt great. The best thing is have the Elephant Castle next door that closes at 2am and they have Great food, I plan on staying her again, they even had late checkout at 3pm for a small price that really helped me out alot.

The whole experience was great friendly staff and the young lady who was the concierge was awesome. She was very friendly, accommodating ,caring and also so very sweet keep her .

I liked the location
I didn’t like that we didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. The rooms were very small for the price. Needs updating.
