Location and bed was comfortable - staff friendly
Only needs improvementOne towel and one face cloth - coffee machine still had last renter's coffee in machine.
No sound proofing - could hear coughing, etc from next room.
Plus very, very hard to find - no signs, marking etc. 3 times trying to find driveway - heard same complaint from others staying there.
Sink very rusted and ugly.
