Room was clean and well appointed, all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay were included. Price was excellent. Owner was easy to contact and very friendly.
Room walls were a little thin, could hear adjoining room guests clearly especially in the bathroom.

The price was right, and a convenient location for us passing through on the way to Cape Breton.
The "amenities" listing included could be updated. For example when it says toaster and cutlery we assumed this would be in our room but it wasn't- (although there was a toaster and cutlery during the breakfast which you could help yourself to in the morning in the office). Room was dark and I thought it smelled a bit of smoke despite being marked as non smoking. We didn't see a staff member during our time there.
