The pool and jacuzzi

Powered generator and lift running outside our window til 9 pm. My little boys couldn't sleep and I literally got the worst sleep I've ever had at a hotel because of the noise and my kids getting thrown way off schedule. 😔

I like the comfortable beds, the indoor hot tub, and the breakfast, they had a good selection of food and hot waffles, biscuits, eggs and sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, and more.

I did not like the noisy fan in the bathroom and our room had quite a bit of road noise so next visit I would pick a room away from the road.

Good for the price

Location, close to Otis cafe which is a must breakfast place! Also located close to beach, shopping and so much more. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. They had a great coffee machine in lobby with lots of great options. The breakfast looked amazing and lots of options.

Apparently they are short staffed and let people know that, which honestly doesn’t instill confidence as a guest. The sheets on the bed did not fit then beds and keep popping off. The bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it, that seems to be a flaw. The one front desk lady was not rude but not very robotic and didn’t make you feel welcomed. The rest of the staff seemed very polite and helpful.

Room was fine not impressed with night front desk crew

We had to check in around 9pm. Nobody was at the desk. She walked out didn't say hello and just started asking for my ID. Then she couldn't find my reservation because we booked through booking.com when she finally found it she was acting irritated and short with me. Overall her customer service was not pleasant. My husband later had to ask for an extra blanket and she rudely gave him a talk about stealing it because there was one in our room. We had our kids with us and needed more than just one extra blanket. I've worked in the customer service field and her behavior wouldn't be acceptable. Overall she was unfriendly and rude.

Good breakfast, nice pool.

Room not clean. Had mold growing in our room window. Notified hotel staff. They said house keeping would come up. Someone entered our room and left their key in the room. But nothing was ever cleaned. I had to re-notify the management, and the front desk lady ended up having to clean up the mold as housekeeping left. It’s not even her job, but hats off to her for trying to fix the situation.

Asked to check in at 3 pm couldn't check in until after 4 which is standard. They had a sign on desk short staffed both Tuesday and Wednesday at check in. Had to wait for a line to get checked in because no one could check in before 4. So everyone waited until after 4 to come check in. Rest of the stay was ok.

Moldy Room and Poor Response from Staff – Very Disappointed I recently stayed at this Best Western and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the way the staff handled the situation. We spent very little time in the hotel mostly just to sleep, as we were busy exploring the coast and eating good food, however we started to experience some head aches coughing and wheezing. So we decided to inspect the room we found visible mold—particularly around the bathroom. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we expected at least a room change. Instead, we were told, “I have asthma too. It’s the coast. It’s prone to mold. I have no room available.” Not only was this dismissive, but it felt like they were brushing off a serious health and cleanliness issue. Despite clearly expressing our concerns, we were refused a new room. We immediately booked with Ashley inn down the road. Go there instead. Mold isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a potential health risk. This kind of response from a hospitality brand like Best Western is unacceptable. We paid for a clean, safe place to stay and didn’t receive that. We won’t be returning to this location and hope corporate takes these concerns seriously. Travelers deserve better.

Disappointed 😞

The bed was terrible. Broken mattress, and squeaky frame. Telephone was broken, non functional and cord wouldn't plug into handset. Carpet was extremely dirty, and smelly. I've stayed here many times over 15 years, and over the last 2 it's really gone downhill.

Average, it was the only room available with two beds, in the entire area, had no choice.

pool wa cold, spa was dirty, water brown. when i asked the front desk clerk about the spa, she said "I don't know, I'm front desk clerk not maintenance." Asked her if nobody maintains the pool, she said, "they're suppose to but I don't know and nobody reported that the spa's water was dirty and brown." Then she just went in the back.

lady clerk could have been more polite and apologetic that the spa is not maintained and will let maintenance know..

When trying to make reservations I was having troubles so I called the hotel and asked how much a room would be for the night after she told me the amount I asked why the price difference from the internet ans told me to go do it on the internet and hung up. Rude front desk person.also why have a special request spot on the reservation page if you don't do it. I know you have rooms with recliners in them.

Good sized, clean rooms with a nice balcony for relaxing. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Very quiet for restful sleep. I will return again and recommend it to others.
