The chalet is very cute and tiny but has everything you need inside. We were a couple with an infant, so maybe too small for 4 people, but for us was perfect! the location is great, near the lake but super close to the ski resort and village

1. No potable water onsite. Hosts provided some after I complained, but it's awkward to use bottled water. 2. Shower didn't work well. Switch mechanism overhead shower is broken or needs to be explained 3. Pillows were very hard, flat, and uncomfortable
