Hampton Inn Denver West Federal Center

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. And everyone thought the beds were very comfortable and we all appreciated that there was no carpet in the room.

Pool was a lil dirty. And needed some repairs.

They are in process of updating public areas

Was good, hot and fresh

1 elevator was out of service and other was very slow

Breakfast was fine. I am glad there was variety of food. Coffee was good. I liked that water, tea, and coffee were available at all times. The staff was accomidating and gave us options. The room was clean.

First, upon the check-in we didn't have a room we reserved. We were offered another room, but it smelled bad. We were informed that room hopefully will be available the next day and hotel is very busy. We stay in the first room because we were very tired after traveling all day. Next day, we got a different room but the sofa bed was old and the matress was terrible. We ended up getting a room with 2 queen beds, and it was okay. There was a construction in the hotel. That fact was not mentioned previously. Some areas liooked newer but other parts seen it's better days. The hotel had issues with water the day we arrived. I know the staff can't control it but people smoked pot on our floor. Smell was strong at time.
