Cozy location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. We stayed in the 4 person family room overlooking the beautiful river and the lawn (fairly empty campground) next to the motel. The room felt clean and was exactly what we needed for our roadtrip between Jasper and Whistler. The staff was attentive and accommodated us with dinner and beverages, despite the in-house restaurant being closed on the specific day we stayed. A simple yet good stay.
The smart-lock to our room stopped working, although we were helped immediately.

The character of the Rivermount was just beautiful. Location spectacular right on the River and amazing views at night.
