Very short breakfast hours and it was usually it had run out of food

Staff were flexible , accomodating and helpful with information about local amenities.The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was above average.

Location was fine. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints about the room.

The breakfast needs help. I was there early, the eggs were freezing cold, the pancakes came out of the machine tearing apart. That was a weak link.

I paid for a premium 'luxury' room in order to ensure that my basic expectations were met. However two essentials were missing: 1) there was no kettle for tea in the room, although there were coffee making supplies provided. I am a tea drinker and this was a major disappointment and inconvenience. 2) the TV was not operational and despite repeated efforts by the hotel staff it was not fixed; this was also a major inconvenience as I had been on the road for some time and sorely wanted television distraction and news information (especially regarding the fire situation in the region). I asked for a partial refund in compensation for these inconveniences and was told this was not possible directly from the hotel because of having booked through your organization, Booking.com. I would like to have a partial refund of my room payment. How do I go about contacting your office to move this forward?
