Very friendly and helpful staff, availability of hot coffee at all times, breakfast, clean rooms, great location, a swimming pool that my child could enjoy.

Everything was great! Having one item for breakfast (e.g. eggs) would have been great, still, the breakfast provided was more than enough for my family.

My room was updated and the beds were comfortable, with clean bedding and towels. Amazing water pressure. There were snack and drink vending machines, and a little games room with slot machines. The pool looked really good, but I didn't use it. Also, digital cable allowed me to watch the baseball game, which was very appreciated after a long day on the road.

The games room backed onto my room, and one of the slot machines must have been against the wall so every time someone would win the bass and music would be very loud in my room. But it stopped at a reasonable hour, which was good.

Location was fine; easy to locate and get to. The housekeepers were very friendly and very accommodating when we asked for fresh towels.

There was no breakfast. Bathroom tub had no slip guards and no support bars. Shower head was very grungy. People smoked outside right beside the main door which made the entrance and hallway smell of smoke. Not good. Outside access door locks were taped so anyone could have access to the building; as in, if you were not a motel guest, you could have entered with no problem. We booked 2 nights and so would have appreciated new coffee packets for the 2nd morning but they were not replaced even though we had clean towels delivered when we were out. We expected things like that to be checked and replenished.
