Location okay.
Having to pay a$100 incidental fee and there was no warning until checking into hotel. As a business traveler that’s our worse nightmare to be up charged $100 and is not included on your statement when you check out. It’s never good for business travelers. If you up charge let your customer know ahead of time you charge an incidental fee. I assure you most customers in business will never visit your property. I know I will never be back nor anyone on my team. Be honest and up front with your business practices, inform your customers you charge incidental fees up front. Most hotels never charge incidental fee and are better looking properties with more amenities. Yeah I will never return thanks but no thanks!!
