Staff was friendly and attentive, gym was clean with nice equipment.
Ice machine on 1st floor wasn't working properly. Had to go to upstairs.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet location. We liked the outdoor pool in a lovely private setting.
(Suggest hotel has a sign indicating its location up the hill because we went to a private apartments block half way up the hill initially and a resident told us that many people mistake it for the hotel!)

Location was convenient for occasion. Lobby looked appealing & has been updated. Staff was pleasant.
Overall the facility needs updates (bathtub very old, nasty looking, caulking was peeling & you could see mold around the tub), the top of the fridge had tape on it, one lamp shade had a large burn mark & the arm on the desk chair fell off when my husband sat in it.
