    We arrived late. Checked in around 10pm. Went to shower and NO HOT WATER. Stuff happens. Called the front desk...no answer. Went downstairs and was told changing rooms wouldn't help as it was the hotel. The room had visible dirt and dust everywhere but the sheets appeared to be clean so we stayed. The next morning, went down to breakfast only to find most everything gone before 8am. Do not recommend. We are in Rome often. Even though the location was good and the price reasonable, I doubt we'd ever stay here again.

    I will be reporting this hotel for a few reason from structural integrity, long term stay for employees and worst of all Bed bugs
