    The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. It has a relaxing atmosphere that makes you not want to leave. The rooms were spotless, and the property itself is very well maintained. However, there were a few disappointing things. My room was never cleaned during my stay, which was unexpected. I also didn’t feel that the staff was particularly welcoming or attentive. I’m not sure if it was just my experience, but the level of hospitality could definitely be improved. Another downside was that I was charged additional fees that were never mentioned when I made my reservation. It would have been nice to know about those costs in advance. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, but better communication, housekeeping, and customer service would make the experience much better.
