Location is great. If you drive from west to Ingonish, this property is a great place to unwind for a few nights. There's only one restaurant within a few minutes of drive. So meals need to be planned as per their opening/closing hours. Otherwise you can cook basic meals as they have kept all kitchenware. It was great to have a functional and clean oven. Check in was smooth and the lady was helpful.
Cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. There are bugs and cobwebs around the floor corners. There isnt enough space to hang your clothes so you need to ensure one dresser is enough to unpack your bags.

Could use a little freshening up

Great location
A bit small considering the price but more than adequate if you don’t mind paying a bit more for the location.

This is a "motel" type facility and, even though attached to another unit, there was no sound transfer between units. The facility was across from the highway but the view of the ocean was still acceptable.
Our unit definitely needed updating and paint. The front door was difficult to open and lock. The only restaurant required driving and there was no general store or nearby shops.
