Price for rooms were budget friendly considering the quality of the room and the security deposit didn't cost an arm and a leg. Facility is fenced off as well with 24 hour security.

More accessible parking spots. Had to walk quite a way to our room.

I liked the location, the space, and the laundry facilities in the unit.

It was old, outdated, and dirty. The ac vent on the front wall would periodically have a knocking sound that was loud, whether the ac was running or not. The whirlpool tub was dirty and unusable because it spewed out black gunk when turned on. We had random bugs show up in the bathroom and Livingroom. You can hear all the traffic loudly all day and all night because there is absolutely no sound proofing and the doors had gaps. On our second night, someone was staying above us and we could here every single step they took and every conversation.
