Not as clean as it could be and had some needed maintenance

Beautiful scenery, adjacent dining, overall nice hotel stay.

Had a dog two doors from my room that kept barking, but I have a dog back home, so I understand.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. The building is a little dated but it felt clean and the staff were very friendly. James was great at check in. He gave us bottled waters and fresh cookies that res hit the spot after a long day of packing our daughter’s stuff and moving her out of student housing. Accommodating breakfast with decent choices including waffles.

Breakfast was excellent but the breakfast area and lobby looked old.

Looked at three rooms, and all three had poor air quality and smelled of older carpeting. When I asked hotel front desk person about this, I was told "smells like a hotel room." Being the hotel brokerage business, I was blown away with this comment. The hotel is due for a refresh and a deep cleaning of the carpets and room ACs. Breakfast was excellent but the breakfast area and lobby looked old. I booked a Hampton Inn thinking the product would have been excellent associated with the franchise. I am surprised Hilton allows this level of poor or old physical condition.
