I was what I expected from a 2 start motel. Availability was key and reservation were simple to make. Don't expect something fancy but if you are just there to spend the night. It does just that.
The facilities were a bit small. I am a big guy (250+ lbs). Felt a little bit squeezed.

All of the above. Only problem was the location of the bed, therefore I moved it to bring it into the position suitable for watching TV.

The location and the price.
The bed not facing the TV. It should be switched to face the TV. Neck gets kind of sore by watching the TV sideways. In addition, the shower water should have been a bit stronger. As it is it just comes in a soft splash. Also there was no closet so no place to hang clothes so had to use the shower bar for that.
