    Very nice but you can tell it needs some renovations. Plumbing backed up in our tub/bathroom sink. We had to switch rooms to shower prior to check out. Mini fridge was froze over, and outlets on nightstand didn’t work. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

    Staff were very rude. Security guard was accusatory and harassing to paid guests. He allows the homeless to sleep standing and hunched over at the entrance grass area. But as soon as a neighboring resident pulled into the parking lot, accused them of tresspassing, making him irate myself uncomfortable as the resident turned his aggression onto another tenant at the Hilton. Screaming to her that he wanted to punch her face. Security? Happened to dissappear. The sickly front desk staff had a chip on her shoulder enjoying the little bit of power she held along with her minion security. She wasnt moved at all with the screaming chaos surrounding her or the security. The first look and impression of this particular Hilton was very rough for the wear. I wont come back here for a couple years, if at all. Prehaps they'll treat the customers with respect and check the druggies. They've got their priorities backwards. Unless the druggies are their supplier then ofcourse they have their priorities correct.
