Booked until 04/15/2025 Open dates 4/17/2023 to 11/125/2023. NOW BOOKED 12/1/23 TO 4/15/25.. Repeat clients want this as their forever winter home for these dates!, A;so current clients want more years same dates . ONLY open dates now are Before 12/01 and after 4/15

Guest home with all tile floors, Full Kitchen, Two full baths w/ 2 bedrooms. Great views of the Tanque Verde Valley and Santa Catalina and Rincon Mountains. Close to beautiful scenic Agua Caliente Park with lake, migrating birds, deer roaming property/ quiet restful 2 miles from home.
Less then 2 miles to road up Mt Lemmon . Easy access to Saguaro Monument east, Patagonia Lake, Bird Sanctuaries. For the adventurous 6 miles to Reddington Pass waterfalls, hiking.
New AC/Heat.. Direct TV(top Package)/Wireless WiFi/. Shopping four miles to Catalina Hwy Shopping Center.
Lazy Boy sofa/bed in Living room. New couch in TV room. Patio with Grill (Weber with Mesquite from our trees/ New Propane grill also) facing mountains. Dining area with bay window facing mountains.

Our stay in Tucson was everything we hoped it would be and more. We could not have asked for a better location. The views from the many windows were terrific, filled with birds, wildlife and AZ beauty. It was an easy drive to shopping and numerous restaurants, the National Park as well as local parks. We would love to go back again.
