The house was great for our stay. The view is unbeatable and the outdoor space is huge! Two of the 3 bedrooms had AC and the third had a ceiling fan so that was not a problem. The house is dated but was comfortable for our family of 4. The 2 showers did not drain despite following directions from the host. Beach mats, towels, umbrellas and toys were provided which was a great perk! The walk to town is less than 5 minutes and there is so much to do (and eat!) there. Cristina was available throughout our stay!

The flat is in a good location near to down town and even to the sea with an wonderful balcony which includes view to the sea and even to coast of Corsika.
The Flat is good equipped with everything which is necessary, perfect and full points I would given if windows do have mosquito net, The communication and check in was perfect many thanks to Cristina for this even in case of some problems she was always reachable and do give us very good tips and solutions (Mokka machine) . We enjoy our holidays in that flat and it's sourounding. Thanks

Is separate apartment spread over the upper floor of two-storey villa, with own entrance from side street, with balcony terrace having gorgeous view over sea, tower and town. Apmt is spacious with 2 bathrooms, has everything you need inc washing machine, dishwasher, aircon (but no wifi, which is normal for sardinia), and is ideally located for 5 min walk down to local Rena Bianca beach or to piazza in town. Stunning Rena Ponente and other beaches at Capo Testa are less than 10mins by car. Good communication with friendly host/owner Cristina. Lovely place to stay, recommended!
