The location, the view, the garden, the balcony, the space in the house, and that you have everything that you need in enough quantity.
I don’t like the shower which is super small and the water for the shower which is impossible to put on a normal temperature. And the mattresses of the single beds are smaller than the beds. The washing machine is too old
