The hotel staffers are wonderful. And I looked to that destination and hotel because I was bringing my dogs with me. I love the way they respected them. Food is good. Location is great.
During my stay they had a 2 days wedding party. It was right next my window. Loud music and loud people didn’t allow me even make a call.. but it was over 10ish pm, so I could sleep.

I’ve stayed in many amazing hotels but st. Regis services was from far the best I’ve ever had. I was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff. Everything was perfectly and smooth. I had the best experience ever.

The charge to use spa amenities is overpriced considering the services provided. Not much space. Given the caliber of property and location I expected a better and more modern spa.

Staff was not very helpful when it came to locating my snowgear or my lost property (if you can't find it just say that, or if I contacted the wrong snowgear company just tell me)
