Almost $2500 per night, I booked 2 Grand Deluxe rooms with balcony and 1 more without for my family. Rooms are nothing like pictures, rooms are so tiny! A couple with 2 kids means 4 luggages at least and there is no space for that, we had to walk side ways in some areas, we had luggage against the balcony doors because of space and if I wanted to go out to the balcony I had to move luggage, there some weird wood sliding doors a few inches from the bed that divides the room from the bathroom if you open that sliding doors the tub is a few inches from the bed! Toilet room is so so tiny that is uncomfortable, I hit the toilet holder a couple of times and knocked off from the wall the phone several times. Glass sliding doors to enter the bathroom were uneven won’t even close, one of the sinks was clogged! I’m sorry but first and last time I book this place and wont recommend at all. All pretty but inside your room horrible. Through the bathroom wood sliding doors you can see the light through and you can also hear everything, oh and you can also hear people next door 😣 Reported the sink and doors but nothing was done. Oh by the way, we aware that there are dogs everywhere in this hotel, my daughter is scared of dogs and upon arrival they tell you about their mascot huger dog that roams the hotel! So imagine my daughter started crying since our arrival 😩
