Close to every thing . Clean and excellent breakfast. Front desk staff is top tier!!
Miguel was EVERYTHING! Polite, respectful and knowledgeable about Ybor and Tampa. He rocks and his services are above and beyond!
Parking cost is absurd. If we are staying at the hotel could you accommodate a slightly less rate?
The housekeeping staff were terrible! What is their deal anyway?! What freaking twats (pardon me but that’s the attitude they gave me more than once) . To include the breakfast staff….like WTF? Geez, if you don’t like customer service, maybe pick a different job. Ugh

It was close to restaurants and free shuttle to cruise port.
It was overpriced. The room was damp and muggy. Even with the air conditioning on, the dampness did not go away all night. It was also overpriced.
