The staff was courteous, pleasant, and helpful.They kindly accomodated our request for late check-out.
Breakfast, which was included in the cost of the room, offered a wide variety of hot and cold options. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order.
There was a lovely outdoor pool surrounded by trees and greenery.
The hallway carpets were stained, in need of cleaning and/or replacement. The curtains in our room were torn. The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived; we had to put the sheets and bedding on. Room and bathroom were small and cramped.

The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable for a 3 night stay. We loved the breakfast and how close everything was to the property. The pool and hot tubs were a HUGE hit for the kids. We would stay again!!
The room was a little dirty when we got there, stuff under the beds and under the table. It was spot cleaned and things weren't moved you could tell, but overall it was fine.

Have someone clean the room properly bathroom floor was a bit dirty with long black hair behind the door. Glass shower door had body wash cream or shampoo
Right in the middle of the door. And carpet should be removed it's stained and old
