    Room was nice, big, clean and comfortable. The overall hotel itself was really nice. Only negative is the $150 hold they put on your card for incidentals which is highway robbery. The hold was more than I paid for the room for two nights.

    The location is little far from Palmer Square, which is like the centre of the town. Lyft and Uber are available. Indoor pool is big. Over all nice property.

    on the check out day, they knocked the door from 9am and continued three times until my real check out at 11am. (i was planning to have some rest in the morning before my long driving to new haven. ) my given check out was by noon but i had to hurry up because of their continued ‘room service’ knocking on the door :( except that, the overall cleaning service was good.
