The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had one issue with the hotel shower (the hot and cold water were reversed). They immediately sent up maintenance (who was friendly and helpful) and the problem was taken care of.

The carpeting in the rooms and pubic areas look, old, worn and dirty. All carpeting needs to be updated.
Carpeting especially in the rooms. I do yoga and the carpet was not clean or just looks dated.
