Very convenient. Friendly staff. Respond to issues and concerns immediately. Have been an IHG traveler for many years.
Had a problem with overflowing A/C but property management/staff took care of situation immediately and assign us to another room.

The room was very comfortable, and the check-in was quick.
Brianna at the front desk seemed very nice when we checked in. However, after driving 4 hrs, it was very disappointing to arrive in the room and realize the toilet didn't flush and kept running. We made her aware that we have an event to attend and have less than 45 mins to get ready, and we would like a different room, and that's when Brianna's whole attitude changed. She told us no, and she would send over maintenance. We had to use the bathroom at local stores and head to the event. When we returned at 1am, the toilet was still not fixed, and the front desk lady gave us a room change. This was not fair and absolutely inconvenient for my husband and I.
