Easy check in and easy parking. Room was spacious and beds where nice and comfy. Easy to get to the beaches.

Location was good. Room was a good size and the aircon was good. Staff were super friendly and kind. We never used the pool, can’t comment on it

The TV was very good sized. Chairs were comfortable and an adequate number of them.
Tissue and Toilet paper checked. I am all for saving money by not changing linens daily or making up the room. However, It would be nice if a maid entered the room just to check if toilet paper and/or Kleenex needed refilling.

The room was very comfortable, and the check-in was quick.
Brianna at the front desk seemed very nice when we checked in. However, after driving 4 hrs, it was very disappointing to arrive in the room and realize the toilet didn't flush and kept running. We made her aware that we have an event to attend and have less than 45 mins to get ready, and we would like a different room, and that's when Brianna's whole attitude changed. She told us no, and she would send over maintenance. We had to use the bathroom at local stores and head to the event. When we returned at 1am, the toilet was still not fixed, and the front desk lady gave us a room change. This was not fair and absolutely inconvenient for my husband and I.
